are we alone?
do you feel it?
so lost and disillusioned...
today? today. today...
lets skip the topic.
had a good talk with johnson....y'know, not the immature bullshit we usually do together, but serious talk.
his theory of the 1:60, 000, 000, 000 odds of the bet.
how can someone so confidently make the bet, with such odds?
with odds like those, the returns...the returns could last you a lifetime.
for your info, the odds above means that the probability of success is 1 in 60 billion (i think this was the figure he mentioned. either that or 6 billion). but anyway, if you do win the bet, for every dollar you bet, you get 60 billion dollars in return.
anyway, back to the topic.
with such odds, should you put your life savings into it? or wait for the soccer match to progress and then either increase or decrease the money you put in? either way, risks are involved. there is never a bet that doesn't involve risks.
strange as it seems many people choose to put their life savings into this bet.
me? not life savings, but more of...hmm...large enough to break the bank.
well, i took the risk...
the full 90 minutes isn't over yet. when the referee blows the whistle? i really don't know...
will it go down to the golden goal? or a penalty shoot-out?
i really don't know. after all, it's still during the 90 minutes.
i guess time will tell.
i guess i have 3 words left to say.
I.
AM.
SCREWED.
what were you thinking. haha.
but anyway, thanks for the talk, johnson. it really helped me think clearer...
enjoy the night getting wasted ;)
alright. thats probably all i have to say for now.
why am i more of a historian than a researcher?
sometimes life doesn't give the answers, it's up to you to find them.
but right now, i don't even know anything.
i'll let time decide.
