real bull,. sorry and no offence to any GEPers i know. now let me offer my unbiased view on this issue, being the humanities and critical thinking student that i am, i shall not encourage any fallacious arguments to be present in my following review of the article, as well as my fair and just opinions on the current situation. JUST KIDDING! screw it.

alright, so you think you're more mature. just like jem said, GEPers sit for a dumb test with stupid questions such as "if chilli is sweet then what are chocaltes" and you somehow score higher on a stupidity test. if that makes you mature, so be it. i won't wanna be mature if thats the case. alright, go on and brand yourselves mature. but that is, in its own right, being snobbish and also by calling yourselves the top 5% of the whole cohort in Singapore. WHO THE HELL DO YOU PEOPLE THINK YOU ARE. that statement is blatantly incorrect. you people are students just like us. in certain cases, people in the mainstream seem to do better in national examinations such as PSLE and the GCE Ordinary and Advanced level examinations (in easy-short-form terms, O and A levels.), although the paper is really the same after all. so you guys are the top 5% of what? alright next point.

HELLO ah. what has GEP gotta do with a girl mingling with a bunch of boys? doesn't that happen in mainstream too? eh HELLO AH. open your eyes to the REAL WORLD outside GEP. because there IS a world outside GEP. we don't even care if a girl plays DOTA, because many girls do. and FF VII, like jem said, is kinda ancient. and in mainstream, we accept each other too. now where's the difference in that? and really, maybe you won't be able to do that in mainstream because we don't accept snobs. and hello. wake up. not everyone follows trends or the person who is 'coolest'. we have our own personalities. maybe you should actually TRY observing mainstream people before making judgement. really, i feel sorry for you being in GEP because what i think is that not all GEPers are like you, bitch. and by writing what you've wrote in the article, you're kinda self-proclaiming that you're speaking on behalf of the GEPers of singapore. quite sad, because many GEPers i know are perfectly alright. they don't feel that they're superior to us mainstream or anything. so MAYBE just open your eyes, wake up from your LALA land, and realise maybe you've been left behind.

if you really think you're so mature, you wouldn't have written the article in the first place. you would've ignored any comments on GEP. you'd spend your time more wisely, and you wouldn't be slammed by me or anyone else. but HOHOHO alright.
being mature is not about thinking far, knowing facts or being ahead of your time. life is about decisions, and its in those decisions where you seperate the mature from the immature. bitch.
